GLOBALIZATION
Globalization is a process of expanding trade and
commerce all over the world by creating a border less market. It has become a
fashionable word in the new era of international relation. With the development
of hi-tech communication media and rapid transportation facilities the whole
world has come closer to one- another.
We can now learn in an instant what is happening in the
farthest corner of the world and travel to any country in the shortest possible
time .Countries of the world are like families in a village .They can even
share their joys and sorrows like next door neighbor. If one country is in
distress other can immediately come to its assistance. Through this process, we
can expand our trade, commerce and communication.we can break our prejudice,
broaden our outlook and introduce new culture through this process.
But it is creating more opportunities for the developed
countries. Our cheap labor is being exploited by the developed countries. The
workers of developing countries can not catch with the powerful capitalism.
They are being deprived of all basic rights. So Globalization has become a
curse for the poor countries like ours.
At last we may say that though it has some
disadvantages, we can not deny its great
contribution to modern age.
